METALCON is a unique three-day event where professionals across the metal industries gather to network and learn. This year’s event will feature various educational talks and sessions led by industry leaders.
This year’s METALCON Best Practices Learning Center will feature a session titled, “Understanding the Customer Experience & Digital Transformation.” This course will be led by John Provencal, a marketing expert from Bluescope Coated Products, the parent company of AEP Span and ASC Building Products. This session will focus on the importance of these two factors that are crucial to growth and customer loyalty – customer experience and digital transformation.
With over three decades of marketing expertise and industry knowledge, John will share valuable insights on how customer experience varies from customer service and how to excel at ensuring your organization adequately provides resources and effort towards excellent customer experiences. In this session, John will teach participants valuable tools and strategies for analyzing and improving their organization’s customer experience, as well as how having a digital presence can aid in the company’s growth and development.
