Solving this problem started with a few emails between Watts Removal and the property management company. This resulted in a maintenance call from Watts Removal to apply our specialty product called Cleansweep®. In two days, a crew came in and effectively removed all sticky, dirty grime from the building. To both Watts and NAI’s delight, after the building was cleaned up, the property management company filled the vacant spaces and it is now fully occupied.
