The roofing industry has built a community that gives back all year long, but this holiday season, join in the gift of giving with RCS Influencer and Construction Attorney Trent Cotney in his annual tradition of matching donations. Choose one of four incredible roofing industry foundations or give a little to each. Your donation will go that much farther when it’s matched by Trent! He’ll keep giving up to a total of $10,000, or $2,500 per foundation.
One of these foundations is the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association’s (FRSA) Education and Research Foundation. Serving thousands of contractors through their programs and membership, the FRSA Education and Research Foundation’s mission is to educate the workforce of construction businesses as well as other industry-related professionals by offering continued education credits.
The largest industry-related foundation in the Southeastern United States, the FRSA Educational Foundation provides more than $370,000 in scholarships and educational programming each year. They are committed to staying up to date on the highest quality standards and providing the newest industry education as it becomes available.
While they understand that contractors can earn their continuing education credits almost anywhere, they work hard to customize their seminars for the roofing industry. Their research foundation looks at code modifications or new roofing systems to train on so that contractors and designers are adequately prepared to do their jobs correctly every time.
Trent loves this time of year and looks at this donation match as a way to thank the industry for putting food on peoples’ tables. He looks to support foundations that are investing in the future of roofing, and really stands behind the associations he chooses. FRSA’s Education and Research Foundation not only supports young professionals looking to get into the industry, but also invests in continued research for the advancement of this incredible community and profession.
Double your giving all month long and support the foundation that supports our industry!
