By acting proactively, you and the rest of the trained roofing technicians from Weatherproofing Technologies Incorporated (WTI) on the TremCare® team will keep roofs in optimal condition and help owners achieve long-term performance and cost savings.  

This is a great opportunity to become part of a dedicated team making a difference in building owners’ lives. The entire program is tailored to individuals’ maintenance needs, with there being three different levels of TremCare®:

1. Asset management: The business owner manages their own roofing assets with support from you and other WTI technicians. This support includes conducting inspections and uploading data directly for the building owner’s reference.
2. TremCare Gold: You and the TremCare® team are much more hand-on, performing thorough inspections, routine housekeeping maintenance (such as debris removal and gutter cleaning), preventive maintenance for the membrane and flashing systems and 24-hour emergency leak response.
3. TremCare Platinum: The most comprehensive option, this program includes everything from TremCare® Gold with an added lay of protection – if the building owner’s roof leaks, Tremco covers the cost of repairs for them.

In addition to getting to hone and practice your commercial roofing skills, joining the TremCare® team means joining a community.
