Haley Iselin joined her dad Jerry and Metal Roof Specialties in 2004 after graduating from the University of Washington. She has a genuine enthusiasm for all metal products and is continually looking for new ways to use them and inspire others to do the same. Haley values giving back to the local community and after several years of volunteering on projects with the MRSI team, in 2007 Haley joined the Rebuilding Together South Sound board of directors, served as President in 2012-2013 and chaired the RTSS Advisory Council thereafter. In 2008 she became part of the National Roofing Contractors Association Future Executive Institute and graduated from the 3-year program in 2011. She was recognized by the Business Examiner in 2011 as one of their 40 under Forty, and in 2012 by the Girl Scouts of Western Washington as a Women of Distinction. In 2017 Haley was selected as a recipient of the Metal Construction Association Triumph Awards, “Industry Young Movers and Shakers”. She continues to stay involved in the local community as a meeting facilitator and Regional Coordinator for SMART Recovery.
