The Roofing Alliance has released its 2023-2024 Annual Report, highlighting key initiatives in funding, membership, communications, awards and student competitions. “The past year has been marked by significant achievements and growth,” said Greg Bloom, 2023-2024 Roofing Alliance president. “We welcomed eight new members, launched the three Roofing Alliance-Clemson University Certificate Programs and committed to a three-year partnership with SkillsUSA.”
Executive Director Alison L. LaValley, CAE, noted, “Our progress reflects the dedication and collaboration of our members, advancing our vision and mission in meaningful ways.”
Key initiatives include plans to establish a Roofing Industry Center focused on workforce development, research, career guidance and industry engagement, as well as collaboration with Clemson University to assess sustainability efforts in roofing, with plans to introduce a fourth course enabling a minor in roofing in 2025 — the first of its kind.
Greg extended his gratitude to members and staff for their commitment, stating, “Your support drives us to set higher standards and achieve remarkable results. We’re positioned for even greater milestones ahead.”
