Northwest Roof Tile & Metal has won the 2024 award for Most Impressive Bar Style Snow Retention System

Lakeside Apartments is home for up to 715 students near Princeton University in New Jersey. Opened in 2015, the 329 units are located within 14 apartment buildings. A project is underway right now to get new standing seam roofs to replace older, worn out roofing.

Northwest Roof Tile & Metal out of Houston, Texas is coordinating the roofing project with Mattco out of College Station, Texas handling the installation work. Together they’ve started with one “demo building” before moving on to the rest of the structures.
