The National Frame Building Association (NFBA) will be hosting their 56th annual expo in Des Moines, Iowa on March 6-8, 2024, at the Iowa Events Center. At this conference, professionals from across the post-frame industry will gather to network and celebrate the achievements of their industry, promoting the interests of post-frame construction. For those planning to attend this year’s event, don’t miss out on the following event highlights!
Keynote speaker – Anne Beiler
On opening morning, hear from keynote speaker Anne Beiler, founder of Auntie Anne’s pretzel franchise, as she shares her inspiring success story and insights to making it big in today’s world.
Women in post-frame meet n’ greet
On the evening of opening day, women from across the industry attending the expo are invited to participate in the first ever women in post-frame meet n’ greet event. This special get together is the perfect opportunity for woman industry professionals to network and find community.
Educational sessions
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on various educational sessions spanning topics such as business management, sales tactics, marketing strategy and safety education.
Social Style with Dr. Renee Covell
Expo attendees are invited to participate in this special talk focusing on the “Social Style Model,” a powerful tool that helps individuals identify their core personality and how they interpret or interact with the world. Learning how to identify and best work with the different social styles can help business professionals navigate the workplace and find the best ways to accommodate their peers and employees. The first fifty attendees to arrive will receive a complementary self-assessment!
Family picnic
Be sure to attend the special family picnic where participants can bid on auction items for charity and try their hand at winning the cornhole championship!

On the expo's final day, attendees will have the chance to participate in various skills challenges to show off their talents. Try your hand at a screw-driving competition, or perhaps see how well you compare in speed and accuracy to competitors in the nail-pounding competition! The winner of the grand prize drawing will also be announced!
Each day of the expo, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the trade show floor and meet exhibiting companies from across the country.
