CIDAN Machinery Group welcomed guests to their Metal Expo in Peachtree City, Georgia in April. They sent out a warm thank you to all their guests who explored the innovative solutions offered by CIDAN in the metal fabrication industry. From live demonstrations of cutting-edge machinery to engaging discussions with their knowledgeable team, it was an inspirational event highlighting state-of-the-art equipment revolutionizing operations.
Guests enjoyed interactive machinery demos, expert-led workshops, networking with industry professionals and relationship-building time with the one-of-a-kind CIDAN team. The CIDAN Machinery Group’s team is a vital component of the company's operations, responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support throughout the life cycle of their CIDAN machinery. The parts experts of CIDAN's Aftermarket team are responsible for ensuring customers have access to the necessary parts and components to keep their machinery running smoothly. They are well-versed in the CIDAN product line and can quickly identify and source the correct parts for any given machine to keep their machinery running smoothly.
Open house attendees were able to get to know these teams better who provide ongoing knowledge and expertise along with regularly participating in continuing training and education programs. CIDAN plans to make this a yearly event bringing their customers and fantastic support teams together while previewing advanced new metal fabrication machinery.
