Would be grateful for some clarity on what happened here from some veterans. Due to hail damage, I recently had my roof replaced. Upon completion, I noticed a strange issue on multiple sides that definitely did not exist previously, as I reviewed pictures of the house before the new roof. The best description would be that the roof is "uneven" near the bottom. Where the shingle line meets the gutter , at the center wall the two practically touch, but as you look to the left and right, a larger and larger "gap" becomes visible, until it is over 2-3 inches at the edges near the sides of the house. It looks very unprofessional, and can be seen from 50 feet from the house. I can see this issue in four different areas. Hopefully the pictures better exhibit what I mean.

It seems like the shingles were not properly aligned, causing the unevenness near the gutters. I recommend contacting the roofing company to fix this issue for a better finish and to ensure your roof's integrity.

After recently having my roof replaced, I've encountered several issues that need immediate attention. Despite the project being marked as complete, I'm experiencing leaks, uneven shingles, and poor workmanship that wasn't evident initially. Seeking advice on how to address these problems effectively, including potential next steps with the contractor, understanding warranty coverage, and exploring any legal actions if necessary. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the issue might be related to improper installation of the new roof. The uneven gaps you describe could be due to incorrect alignment of the shingles or issues with the decking beneath the shingles. This could also indicate that the gutters were not properly realigned after the roof installation. It's essential to address these issues with the roofing contractor who completed the work, as they may need to correct the installation to ensure proper water drainage and aesthetic appearance.

For a professional opinion or further assistance, consider reaching out to a reputable roofing company like Krown Roofing at https://krownroofing.com/.
