With over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, Laurie Moore has established herself as a dedicated leader and advocate for innovation, quality, and diversity. She currently serves as vice president of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA), where she plays a key role in supporting roofing contractors and promoting excellence in installations, customer service and workforce development. Laurie Moore's leadership at MRCA has seen her take on multiple roles, including second vice president / treasurer and secretary of the board of directors.

In addition to her work at MRCA, Laurie is the president and CEO of Kreiling Roofing Company, a role she has held for over 37 years. Under her leadership, Kreiling Roofing has thrived, contributing to the local roofing landscape in Peoria, Illinois and beyond. Her extensive experience has shaped her expertise in technical, safety and employee development.

Laurie Moore is also a passionate advocate for women in the roofing industry. As the council chairperson for the Women in Roofing (WinR) group since its inception in 2015, she works tirelessly to create pathways for women to excel in the field. She believes in supporting youth, women and all underrepresented groups, helping them to access opportunities and succeed in the industry.
