This Mid-West-Born-and-Raised, Navy Veteran decided to retire from government work after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Malone College in 2004. Representing one of the Top 5 commercial roofing contractors in the nation at the time, Hurricanes Charley, Francis, Ivan, Jeanne and Katrina proved to be formidable training grounds for this rookie. After this 5-run crash course in all that can go wrong in commercial roof design (and how it affects overall investments), it made perfect sense for him to relocate permanently to Florida after the economic collapse hit Detroit in 2006. Since then, he has turned his firsthand experience with roofing failures into his area of expertise – proactive, preventative roof maintenance and restoration. Combined with his in-depth knowledge in all types of roof systems and experience managing national and statewide account portfolios, he has also become a well-trusted consultant for portfolio and association managers responsible for millions of dollars in assets and looking to maximize their return on investment over 20–40-year periods throughout a statewide territory and beyond. As a born-again Christian, Kyle actively seeks to combine his spiritual mission with that of his profession - developing a deep passion for small business, workforce, and community development in a combined effort to fulfill the Lord's Great Commission.
