Delta Metals Iowa was founded in 2013 in Leon, Iowa when Marvin Peachey noticed a need and an opportunity to start a metal roll forming business in the area. With plenty of experience in the metal roll forming industry from his ownership of the original Delta Metals in Delta, Colorado. Delta Metals Iowa quickly established itself in the market with quality products, solid customer service and fast turnaround times for its customers. The first years were spent on the road stopping at every job site that was driven past, meeting with potential customers, word of mouth advertising and keeping up with the growing demand being generated by these efforts.

At the heart of Delta Metals lies a passion for caring for the people we interact with on a daily basis. The Legacy Panel is our newest 3′ coverage panel option. With this modern sleek style, it could be used either roofing or siding your building. This profile is used primarily in residential roofing and accent applications.

Max-Rib panel

The Max-Rib is our premiere panel. With this low profile metal panel, it could be used either roofing or siding for your building. This profile is used primarily in residential roofing, agricultural storage/maintenance facilities and light commercial/industrial buildings.

R-Rib panel

R-Rib panel is a sturdy, commercial-grade product that can free-span between purlins up to 5 feet, making it a standard workhorse for many metal buildings and commercial facilities. It is sold only in 26 gauge metal and color options may vary. Call ahead to make sure your desired color is availaible.

Specialty panels

7/8 corrugated

Corrugated panels are the cornerstone of metal roofing. This unique panel, with its distinctive and refined appearance, can give any project the look of class with superior function. This panel can be made of countless material types and gauges, including COR-TEN weathering steel and Bonderized steel.

Board & batten

Installed vertically, Delta Metals Steel Board & Batten Siding recreates the rustic look and feel of traditional board and batten in the toughest, most durable, longest-lasting siding material possible. We use our 29 Gauge steel with the durable paint system offered from Sherwin-Williams. This classic wooden siding system has been brought to the future with our metal Board & Batten System. Using a concealed fastener clip we further the seamless look of the old favorite. The board itself has an 11 inch coverage, then with the clip and Batten cap it widens it out to 12” coverage.

Standing seam panels

A concealed fastener metal panel system that features vertical legs and a broad, flat area between the two legs. It’s also described as having raised seams, or vertical legs, that rise above the level of the panel’s flat area. Standing seam systems can be used for either metal roofing, which is the most common, or metal walls. The main idea to remember for standing seam systems is that the fastener is hidden.
