For the roofing and construction industries, February is the heart of the famous “tradeshow season.” The Coffee Shops™ crew has loved going from event to event, catching up with colleagues, meeting new friends and learning about everything happening in the industry. And this interest carries through to our top articles of the month! On our honorable mentions list is an article from Coffee Shops editor Lauren White about National Women In Roofing Days 2025 and the incredible experiences our team had there.
Then, coming in at number five, is an article from Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions about their expanded DaVinci® Roofscapes and Newpoint™ color offerings, contractor recognition and interactive demos happening at the 2025 International Roofing Expo! And this is far from the end of tradeshow season, as there are many more events to look forward to! Readers’ interests especially seemed piqued by the National Roofing Contractors Association’s LEGALCon Virtual 2025, which is happening in March and found its way onto our honorable mentions list.
The other big trend in this month’s popular articles are industry experts coming together. The Coffee Shops especially has been living up to our moniker of “Where the industries meet.” This last month we announced our partnership with Roofing Talent America (formerly McCormack Partners) to launch People Make Roofing podcast, which celebrates the unique and dynamic people who are part of the roofing industry. We also got to share the list of incredible experts coming to RoofersCoffeeShop® (RCS), MetalCoffeeShop® (MCS), CoatingsCoffeeShop® (CCS) and RCS en Español for the ninth year of our influencer program!
Here are our five honorable mentions.
10 - The importance of wash stations on job sites by Cotney Consulting Group
9 - Keeping NWIR in the focus by Lauren White
8 - NRCA encourages roofing professionals to register for virtual legal conference
And the top five articles of the month!
4 - The ultimate resource for metal roofing by Dani Sheehan
3 - The Coffee Shops Partner with Roofing Talent America for People Make Roofing Podcast
2 - How metal has become a sustainable asset by Drexel Metals
