You are invited to join Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) and Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) for a mega roofing conference! This event promises to be the biggest meeting of roofing professionals and industry leaders in Fort Worth, Texas! The conference takes place September 27-29, 2022 at the Fort Worth Convention Center and Omni Hotel.
Expect cutting-edge educational sessions, over 150 exhibitors showcasing the latest roofing products at the expo, innovations and service offerings, a whole host of fun networking events and best of all, an MLB keynote speaker!
This year’s keynote presentation will be given by Jeffrey Frye, former second baseman for the Texas rangers, Boston Red Sox, Colorado Rockies and Toronto Blue Jays between 1992 and 2001.
Jeffrey’s MLB career began when he debuted with the Rangers in 1992. He then signed on as a free agent to the Red Sox and played with them for four years before being traded to the Colorado Rockies. In 2000, he signed with the Toronto Blue Jays. After his final appearance, Jeffrey retired and became a player agent.
Among his many achievements as a professional baseball player, Jeffrey made history on August 17, 2001, when he became the second Blue Jay in history to “hit for the cycle.” This is when a batter hits a single, double, triple and home run in the same game. These have only occurred about 340 times in MLB history.
You won’t want to miss his story about overcoming adversity and defying the odds to have a nine plus year career in the MLB when no one thought it was possible. He will be giving his talk at 10:30 in room 202 A-D at the Fort Worth Convention Center on September 28, 2022.
Register today so you don't miss out on this inspirational talk in addition to attending the biggest tradeshow Texas has seen yet!
