METALCON, the industry’s only global event for metal construction and design is happening October 30 to November 1, 2024, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia! No matter what part of the industry you work in, whether you’re a contractor, architect, engineer, manufacturer, building owner, designer or something else, this is the place to be! You can expect over 35 free education sessions and keynote talks from Joe Theismann, an NFL MVP and Superbowl Champion quarterback, and Dr. Anirban Basu, the chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc. Additionally, you will find over 250 companies at the event in the exhibit hall and the pavilions, The Coffee Shops being one of them!.
METALCON, which has existed for over three decades, is also excited to reveal some new, unique opportunities this year! For those interested in educational opportunities, METALCON has attained Florida contractor continuing education accreditation. And the Design District is a “show within a show” that presents a great opportunity to learn about how metal can be the solution to architectural, structural and environmental challenges!
The benefits don’t stop at the conference door though! While you're in Atlanta, it’s a great opportunity to explore the vibrant city. Atlanta has a little something for everyone, from food to history to hiking. Then, when you get back home, make sure to check out the METALCON online resources. This is a free database full of webinars and other resources designed to help you grow your business.
You do not want to miss this showcase of innovations, solutions, tools and expertise! For those attending from the U.S., you can get more information on the METALCON website. If you are an international professional, the METALCON team has put together helpful resources to make your attendance as smooth as possible! You can check out this resource about requesting a visa letter and download their customizable justification letter, complete with a comprehensive worksheet outlining costs, benefits and objectives. The visa process can be time-consuming, so it’s recommended that you start sooner rather than later to make sure you secure your spot at METALCON 2024!
