Industrial Roofing Company (IRC) has distinguished itself through a steadfast commitment to its team, customers and partners. Founded in 1945 by the St. Hilaire family, IRC has grown from a small operation in Lewiston, Maine, to a significant player extending into New Hampshire and Massachusetts thanks in part to their strategic partnerships and their steadfast core values. 

"Our mission is to take care of our team first, so we know that by taking care of our team, they'll take care of our customers and the business," says Mike Davis, IRC president and owner. This philosophy has proven successful through the company's robust growth and loyal customer base. 

IRC's culture, deeply rooted in integrity and community, is evident in its approach to customer relations and business practices. "Here in Maine, it's a small state, and so we're literally friends and family with a lot of our customer base," Mike says. This small-town feel has been a cornerstone of IRC's operations, striving to do things with integrity and maintaining strong relationships with customers and businesses alike. 

One of these key relationships is their partnership with Elevate, a trusted supplier. "Our whole business is built on repeat clients. We try to be their trusted partner," Mike states. This long-term relationship with Elevate has been instrumental in IRC's ability to handle some of the largest and most complex projects in their area.

Recognition of IRC's excellence has come in the form of being named a master contractor every year since the program's inception. "Every year we sit on pins and needles waiting to see if we made it or not. Fortunately, we have," Mike shares. This accolade is a testament to the long-term relationship with Elevate and the company's unwavering commitment to quality and integrity. 

IRC aims to maintain its legacy and build a lasting impact in the industry. Mike shares, "The legacy of IRC from the beginning and hopefully well into the future will be that we were an honest group of people that worked hard, took care of our team and our customers and did work safely.”
