Central States Manufacturing, Inc. Acquires Storage Structures, Inc. to Strengthen Enterprise

The transaction was closed on December 30, 2022, allowing Central States to expand their portfolio of metal building solutions.

Central States Manufacturing, Inc., a leading manufacturer of metal building components and packages, announced today its acquisition by merger of Storage Structures, Inc., an innovative national metal building subcontractor specializing in the self-storage industry. The transaction closed on December 30, 2022, and Richard Allen has been named president of Storage Structures, LLC.

The acquisition allows Central States to expand its portfolio of metal building solutions by adding advanced design and installation of complex multi-story self-storage facilities. In addition, the Storage Structures patented Alpha Framing System is a differentiator in the market with opportunities to expand beyond self-storage into other building applications.
